Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 合约圈 (heyuequan.com, the “Site”) handles data when you visit. The Site is an information and educational platform about cryptocurrency derivatives for Chinese-speaking readers; it does not execute trades or open accounts. We follow a principle of “collect as little as possible, track as little as possible.”

This English text is the sole authoritative version of this Policy.

1. Data Controller

The data controller for this Site is the operator of heyuequan.com. For any privacy question or request, contact info@heyuequan.com. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What We Do Not Collect

  • The Site sets no cookies and uses no local storage to track you.
  • The Site is content-only and has no registration, login, comments, or email sign-up, so we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information you might submit.
  • We never sell, rent, or trade any data, and we do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

3. Anonymous Data We Do Collect

To understand how the Site is used and to keep it fast and reliable, we collect the following anonymous, aggregated data, all stored on our own servers (not handed to third-party analytics companies):

  • Usage analytics: via a self-hosted Plausible Analytics instance on our own server. It uses no cookies, stores no IP address, and does not identify individuals — only aggregate page views, referral sources, pages visited, and device type.
  • Performance and error monitoring: to find and fix slowness and faults, we record anonymous web-performance metrics (such as core page-load timings), the page path visited, browser and device type, and any script errors that occur in your browser. This contains no personal information and is used only to improve the Site.
  • Server logs: our server records technical information such as the requested page, status code, browser identifier (User-Agent), and referring page, used for troubleshooting and security.
  • On-site search: when you use the search box, we log the term you enter and the number of matching results (no personal information), to find content gaps and improve the Site.
  • Problem reports: if you use the “report a problem” form, we store what you submit — your description, the optional contact you choose to provide, and the page concerned — to investigate and fix issues; any contact you give is used only to reply to you. A salted hash of your IP address is kept briefly for abuse-prevention (rate-limiting); the raw IP is not stored.

Legal basis. We process this anonymous technical data under our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — operating, securing, measuring, and improving the Site. Because we use no cookies and collect no personal identifiers, no consent banner is required.

4. Third-Party Links and Promotion

The Site contains registration / promotional links to Binance (including a referral code). When you click through, you leave the Site and enter a third-party website, where Binance’s own privacy policy and terms apply. The Site cannot access and does not receive your Binance account, identity, or trading information. We may earn a commission from such referrals, which does not affect the neutrality of our content. See also our Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention and Security

The anonymous analytics and monitoring data above are kept only for as long as needed for trend analysis and troubleshooting. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and appropriate safeguards are applied at the server and network layers.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

Important: because the data we hold is anonymous and is not linked to your identity, we are generally unable to associate it with a specific person (GDPR Art. 11). In practice this means we usually cannot action an access or erasure request for such data, simply because we cannot identify which records, if any, relate to you. You are nonetheless welcome to contact us with any question.

7. Your Choices

As the Site uses no cookies and collects no personal information, you normally need no extra privacy settings. You can further limit data collection through your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting, private-browsing mode, or script-blocking tools.
